Kissimmee and Orlando, Florida Criminal Attorney Don Waggoner has been practicing criminal defense law in the Central Florida area for 16 years.  Prior to becoming a criminal defense lawyer, he was in the United States Army Field Artillery from 1971 to 1991.  He was an M109 Howitzer section chief, a forward observer, and a liaison officer/interpreter between the Germans and his unit.  He participated in Operation Just Cause in Panama in 1989-1990. Don Waggoner's other duty stations included Germany, Korea, Ft. Sill, Ft. Hood, Ft. Polk, Ft. Ord, and the Defense Language Institute at the Presidio of Monterey, CA.

Don Waggoner grew up in San Angelo, TX.  He is married to Pauline.  He has two sons, a daughter, a stepson, and eight grandchildren.

Don Waggoner graduated from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma an 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. 

Don Waggoner received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova (now Nova Southeastern) University's Shepard Broad School of Law in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  He became licensed to practice law in Florida in May 1994 and in Texas in May 2004.  He is currently licensed to practice law in Florida, Texas, the United States Middle District of Florida, the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Don Waggoner is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Just as on the battlefield the Field Artillery is the King of Battle, Don Waggoner believes that, in the criminal justice system, Criminal Defense Lawyers are the Kings of the Courtroom.  Just as General George S.
